- Sift the flours along with baking soda for even mixing.
- Mash the bananas nicely with your hands or blend them in a mixer.
- Mix this banana puree along with sugar, milk, yogurt, vanilla essence, oil and salt.
- Add the banana puree mix to the flour. Mix well.
- Add raisins and almonds. Mix evenly.
- Grease a bread loaf pan and transfer the batter to this pan.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and bake for 40 mins.
- Check by inserting a toothpick. When it comes out clean, the bread is done.
I baked this as a cake, as I don't have a bread loaf pan yet.!
