BANANA BREAD

I found this recipe on Jeyashri's Kitchen.
It was simple and easy to make.
Best part, eggless.! And no butter.!
Vegetarian and healthy.



  • Sift the flours along with baking soda for even mixing.
  • Mash the bananas nicely with your hands or blend them in a mixer.
  • Mix this banana puree along with sugar, milk, yogurt, vanilla essence, oil and salt.
  • Add the banana puree mix to the flour. Mix well.
  • Add raisins and almonds. Mix evenly.
  • Grease a bread loaf pan and transfer the batter to this pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and bake for 40 mins.
  • Check by inserting a toothpick. When it comes out clean, the bread is done.



I baked this as a cake, as I don't have a bread loaf pan yet.!
