All the chicken fans out there are going to love this recipe. It uses no oil, and cooks in its own juices and some spices. Perfectly healthy, and great on taste.
You can use chicken legs, or wings for this recipe, and use this for main course or as appetizer as well.
I've made chicken this way many times, and it turns out great each time.

METHOD:
- Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly and pat dry.
- Make small slits in the chicken so that it marinates well.
- Mix the marinade with the chicken pieces, and keep aside for an hour.
- Arrange the marinated chicken pieces in a microwave proof bowl, preferably pyrex.
- Using the microwave+convection mode, cook the chicken at 180 degrees C for 24 minutes.
- Turn the chicken pieces over after 12 minutes of cooking, so that all sides get equally baked.
- If after 24 minutes, the gravy doesn't dry up completely, you can cook it further at the same temperature.
- Serve with onion rings and dip.
